“Songs from Northern Britain” is the fifth studio album by Scottish alternative rock band Teenage Fanclub, released in 1997. The album received widespread critical acclaim for its blend of power pop, psychedelic rock, and traditional Scottish folk influences, and is widely regarded as one of the band’s best works. Some of the most popular tracks from the album include “Ain’t That Enough,” “Start Again,” and “The Concept.” The album’s warm, melodic sound and introspective lyrics made it a standout in the Britpop movement of the 1990s, and it continues to be a fan favourite among Teenage Fanclub fans today.
