THE BEATLES Around The World With The Beatles (Very rare 1964 UK 32-page 11.5″ x 17″ broadsheet newspaper by George Harrison [not that one], the ‘well-known Liverpool Echo columnist who has accompanied the Beatles on all their major tours’, featuring a first-hand account of the white-hot excitment at the peak of Beatlemania with great photographs, a map of the band’s first American tour, anecdotes and some superb period adverts. This copy also retains the centre spread featuring four full-colour portraits of the lads, no doubt usually removed for display on the bedroom wall in most cases. This copy shows a little light foxing and a few superficial tears to the edges, but has clearly been carefully stored for over sixty years – a great example and the first we have ever seen!)
