Please allowup to 1-2 weeksfor processing. Each printer goes through a verythorough final product inspection along with scheduling delivery with the carrier. All Prestige DTF printers ship via insured fright on a pallet. We included a custom reshippable wooden crate that can be used incase of future equipment service. Computer not included w/ purchase.
