While grateful for the opportunities with Procol Harum, Trower’s creative guitar talents were limited in the band. He eventually made the bold decision to pursue a solo career, resulting in his second album, Bridge of Sighs. Released in 1974, this album was a breakthrough moment for Trower, featuring iconic songs such as “Bridge of Sighs”, “Too Rolling Stoned”, “Day of the Eagle”, and “Little Bit of Sympathy”. These songs have become fan favorites and staples in Trower’s live concerts, showcasing his immense talent and passion for music.
